Domain and hosting with Email id Rules

1. New or old domain migration or registration Chargeable
2. Website New Hosting shared or dedicated Linux or Windows Hosting available according to requirement it’s chargeable.
3. Domain email id (5GB Business) and (30GB Enterprise) available Email Space its Chargeable.
4. G Suite Business email id 30GB space per id its Chargeable.
5. Separate C Panel for all client.
6. Hosting 95.5% Uptime.
7. SSl Certificate for secure domain its Chargeable
Note: If client has using promotional email on his email id that will be not allowed. Only use business to business you can sent daily 50 email per day 5MB attachment file has allowed space already defined limited 1GB and unlimited 10GB plan for email id if you want Increase email space 5GB or 30GB than go with for 5GB Business and 30GB Enterprise or 30GB for G Suite.

Domain Migration Rule

If Client want to shift his or her domain from us to any other services provider we will be share you Domain Authorization code and client responsibility share this Authorization code to new services provider for transfer the domain.

Website Hosting Rule

If client want to shift his or her website hosting from us we will be share you cPanel detail of hosting account client website developer or client responsibility take back up and share to new service provider upload to himself we are not upload the website data to another service provider hosting panel.

Domain and Hosting with Business Email or G Suite Renewal Expiry Rules

We will be intimate you by email 15 days or 30 days before for renewal if client not taken any interest or no reply our email or not pick up the call after date of expiry all domain, hosting and website has been store live server after date of expiry we will be not accept any call or email for renewal.

If Client Not accept the below terms and condition for website development project will be cancelled the same date and Time no more discussion for website project whatever amount has been pay by client is not refundable.

1. All websites are developed to work primarily across all major browsers and platforms including other devices such as mobile phones and touchpads.
2. Changes to this Agreement or to any of the specifications of the Web Site or Intranet in any of the specifications there of shall become effective only when a written change request is executed by email.
3. Text Message / WhatsApp Message Images and Content not allowed.
4. Multiple image will be share only google Drive and Content will be share doc file which by email only.
5. We will be not taken any content and image from any other website copy or past client can arrange the content and image.
6. Client has to share proper Order content.
7. Web Design ALL content for the website such as text, images, video and sound in an electronic format provide by client.
8. The Client understands that once the website is completed and installed to the Clients web space the Client takes on the responsibility of maintaining all aspects the site, such as text, images, video and sound files if client ready to pay website AMC
9. Web Design does not guaranty that the functions contained in the website will be uninterrupted or error‐free. In no event will Web Design be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website.
10. Web Design and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Web Design for inclusion in web pages are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Web Design and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
11. Initial Payment, Final Payment and Cancellation: This agreement begins with an initial non‐refundable payment of 100%. At the completion of the site Web Design will provide the Client with a final billing of the actual cost for the site. Payment must be received in full before the web site is published to the Client’s web space. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed to the Client. The Client is responsible to pay for any work completed which is not covered by the initial deposit.
12. Web Design and the Client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner.
13. Social Media page creation and manage not including in website designing.
14. Banner, logo, Emailer, Email Flyer, Visiting card, Boucher designing not including in website designing.
15. After Completion of Website designing alternation, Redesigning, Scrap website and New Designing not allowed.
16. We will be try to finish your website earliest possible our development working will be count only working days that is Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm parallel we are working on another client website your support will be appreciable.
17. After Completion of website development, if you need to continue website support from our end that will be start the AMC that will be charged extra.
18. Website Logo will be provided from the client end we will be not making website logo.
19. Website logo will be provide from the client end as per website color and customize size to fit on website format to share PNG/PDF/PSD/CorelDraw.
20. If you are not satisfied with our website development work and want to discontinue us. Whatever amount you have paid that will be not refund.
21. After the approval of template if you are not like website layout designing work you cannot spent too much more times and days. Developer has discontinue design work if client not intimate within 2 to 3 days.
22. Website designing more than 15 pages not including actual cost of website that will be charges extra.
23. Many Time of client said we need basic website after some days spent client check many website and start rework of new website like color, font style, layout, content increasing the pages that will be not allowed.
24. If Website Developer feel client has spent too much time website development and disturbing other work developer. Developer rights to stop working and discontinue development any time without intimation.
25. After completion of website designing client check the website on google search engine it will be not show on first page / page ranking that will be not include website designing that is part of SEO and digital marketing.
26. After completion of website If client has share has his website hosting Cpanel / FTP credential to any other developer he /she has install the any third party plugin on website hosting and malware comes and website has down or any alignment of website broken we will be not responsible because website data has store on live hosting server.
27. After the AMC start client has sent any changes on his exiting website content or image by email that will be update within 7 working days urgent update or same day updated not possible.
28. We will be sent you email our terms and condition please reply and give approval so that we can start the new website development.
29. SEO not include website designing cost we are not doing SEO.
30. We are not doing Google AdWords in website designing cost
31. We are not doing any Social media marketing.

1. Website Domain and hosting, Website AMC, G Suite Email id price will be varies as per the market price.
2. If Developer feel client behavior or speaking rudely language we are cancelled the website development and maintenance project.
3. Developer can cancelled or hand over client website support or project any time if developer feel client behavior and any issue or overburden to this work or effect to developer other project.
