🏨 Hotel or Wedding or Event Photography

  • Professional photography services for products, brands, hotels, events, weddings, pre-weddings, and corporate requirements.
  • High-quality visuals to enhance marketing and brand presence.
  • Includes product, brand, corporate, hotel, event, wedding, and customized shoots.
  • Videography, cinematography, and drone shoots are not included unless separately agreed.

  • Corridors and general interior views

Included in Wedding Photography Package

  • We shoot still photography and traditional photography only. No videography or cinematography is included.
  • All final images are delivered in high resolution via digital download / USB drive.
  • A minimum of 2 hours of coverage is required for the package to apply.
  • Post-processing and editing are included for all delivered images.
  • Raw files are not shared.
  • A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking; the balance is payable on the day of the shoot.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the event date is non-refundable.
  • Full rights are retained by the photographer to use the images for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Not Included in Hotel or Wedding or Event the Package

  • Drone photography
  • Videography (any format)
  • Model or portrait photography
  • Reels, promotional videos, or solo video shoots
  • 360° video or virtual tours
  • Live streaming or online broadcast of the event
  • Professional studio lighting or outdoor lighting equipment setup
  • Photography beyond the mentioned venue areas and listed items
  • Additional photographers or assistants (available at extra cost)
  • Outdoor shoots at sunrise, sunset, or night locations
  • Same-day or next-day delivery of photographs
  • Printing, albums, or framed photo prints (available as add-ons)
  • Raw/unedited files, negatives, or source media
  • Travel and accommodation charges outside the city limit
  • Any shoot rescheduled or cancelled at the client's request within 48 hours of the event date

🚆 Outstation Travel Terms

The following terms apply whenever the shoot location is outside our home city. Please read them carefully before confirming the booking.

  • Travel will be undertaken only via confirmed Second AC (2AC) train bookings.
  • All travel expenses (to and fro) must be borne by the client. This includes train fare, meals during transit, and any last-minute re-booking charges due to cancellation by the client.
  • Travel booking amount must be paid in advance before confirmation. Bookings are confirmed only after full travel fare is received.
  • Local transport (station to hotel, and hotel to venue each day) must be arranged by the client. If transport is not provided, pick-up/drop charges of extra per trip will be billed separately.
  • First day after arrival will be considered a rest day. No shooting or editing work is performed on the rest day, and the client is requested not to schedule any events on this day.
  • Shooting duration is limited to 4–5 hours per day. Additional hours will be charged at ₹2,500 per hour and must be approved in writing before the shoot.
  • All final files will be transferred to client devices during or after shoot. Files are handed over via hard disk, pen drive, or Google Drive link provided by the client.
  • Client is fully responsible for data backup after delivery. we can not keep data responsible; shoot date after that period we are not responsible for loss of files.
  • Full payment must be completed on the same day of shoot. Postponing the balance beyond the shoot day will attract a late fee of ₹500 per day.
  • No overtime unless mutually agreed in writing. WhatsApp/email confirmation is treated as written agreement.
  • Accommodation and meals for the photographer must be arranged or reimbursed by the client for outstation shoots.
  • Any change in schedule, dates, or venue after booking will be treated as a fresh booking, and travel charges already paid will not be refunded.
  • In case of train cancellation or delays beyond our control, we will inform the client immediately and reschedule the shoot at no extra shoot fee (travel re-booking charges, if any, will be borne by the client).
  • For safety reasons, the photographer reserves the right to skip any location that is hazardous or legally restricted.
  • Contact for shoot coordination must be a single authorized person from the client side to avoid miscommunication.

👤 Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth shoot and quality output, the client agrees to fulfil the responsibilities listed below.

  • Accommodation, meals, and basic refreshments must be provided by the client during shoot days.
  • Safe drinking water and a place to rest between shoots must be made available on location.
  • A responsible contact person must remain available with the photographer throughout the shoot for coordination.
  • The client must ensure the venue permits photography and carry any required permission letters (hotel, temple, hall, government premises, etc.) before the shoot day.
  • Entry passes, vendor badges, or identity cards required at the venue must be arranged in advance by the client.
  • The shoot schedule and time slots must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; sudden changes may delay delivery.
  • The client is responsible for the safety of all guests, helpers, and personal belongings during the shoot.
  • Transport between locations must be arranged by the client, or hire charges will be billed separately.
  • Any props, decorations, or equipment needed for the photos must be arranged and paid for by the client.
  • Full payment must be cleared on or before the shoot day as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • The client must provide final confirmation of the photo list / album requirements before editing begins.
  • After delivery, the client must back up the files; we are not responsible for data loss after date shaoot days of delivery.
  • Misbehaviour, abuse, or unprofessional conduct toward the photographer or crew is strictly not tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of the shoot without refund.

🛡️ Post-Shoot & Conduct Policy

  • Once the shoot is complete and the photos are delivered, comparing our work with another photographer, a marketing person, or any partner and calling the photoshoot "not good" is not acceptable.
  • Such comparisons or negative remarks will not be a reason to delay payment, demand a refund, or reduce the agreed amount.
  • If the client, or anyone on the client's behalf, uses abusive or wrong words over a phone call, the photographer has the full right to disconnect the call immediately.
  • After a call is disconnected under such circumstances, there will be no further discussion about the shoot.
  • All rights to the shoot, including the photos, negatives, and final files, are reserved by the photographer and will be released only after full payment is received.

🛠 Website AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

Included Services

  • Email setup support (only if email service is purchased from us).
  • Basic website content updates via email requests.
  • Basic downtime recovery assistance.
  • No guarantee of recovery in case of hacking, misuse, or server failure.
  • AMC is valid for 1 year and renewal is required annually.
  • Website backup support — we help you take a backup of your website.
  • Free updates for minor design changes like text, images, and contact details.
  • Help with fixing small errors or broken links on your website.
  • Support via email during working hours (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM).
  • Guidance for domain and hosting renewal reminders.
  • One free training session to show you how to manage your website.
  • Support for adding new email accounts (as per your purchased plan).
  • Help in restoring your website from backup in case of any problem but that is chargeable.
  • Priority support over non-AMC customers.

Excluded Services under AMC

  • Major design or UI/UX changes
  • Logo or graphic design work
  • SEO, digital marketing, or ad campaigns
  • Third-party software, plugins, or subscriptions
  • Complete redesign or revamping of the website
  • New pages, new sections, or new features not agreed at the time of AMC purchase
  • Mobile app development or API integrations
  • Payment gateway setup, e-commerce configuration, or online store management
  • Content writing, translation, or bulk product listing work
  • Video editing, animation, or multimedia work
  • Domain, hosting, SSL, and email service purchase or renewal charges (these are billed separately)
  • Cost of any paid plugin, premium theme, or third-party subscription required for your request
  • Recovery or repair work caused by hacking, virus, malware, server failure, or misuse of the website
  • Data loss recovery or restoration where no backup is available
  • Any work on websites not hosted or managed by us
  • Multiple revisions of the same task beyond one free correction
  • Changes requested by a new contact/person not listed in the authorised contact list
  • Work requested on weekends, public holidays, or outside working hours without prior written agreement
  • Any urgent or emergency work requested with less than 24 hours notice
  • Any task not listed in the AMC agreement will be treated as extra work and billed separately

📄 Website Development or Design Terms & Conditions

  • This is a freelance service engagement based on mutual agreement between client and service provider.
  • Project initiation (advance payment or written confirmation) indicates acceptance of all terms.
  • Domain ownership remains with the client at all times.
  • Hosting and server access (cPanel) will not be shared unless explicitly agreed.
  • All content must be provided by the client in usable format.
  • Client confirms they own or have rights to all submitted content.
  • Once design or development is approved, changes may be chargeable.
  • Standard project includes 0–5 pages; additional pages will be billed separately.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM IST.
  • SEO results and rankings are not guaranteed.
  • Source code ownership is not included unless agreed separately in writing.
  • Third-party modifications void any support or warranty.
  • A 100% advance payment is required before any work begins. The project will be scheduled and work will commence only after the full payment has been received.
  • As per the website development terms and conditions, timely payment and client communication are essential for completing the project smoothly. If the client stops responding or fails to provide the required feedback or information for more than 2–3 days, the project may be considered complete, and any pending payment will become due. I am happy to continue providing support; however, pending payments must be cleared within 2–3 days. If payment is not received within this period, further support, updates, and discussions related to the website will be paused until all outstanding dues are cleared.
  • Project timelines start only after full content, images, and required information are received from the client.
  • Any delay caused by the client (late content, feedback, or approvals) will extend the delivery date accordingly and will not be the designer's responsibility.
  • Feedback and approval must be given within 3 working days; delays may incur a rescheduling charge.
  • Changes or new requests after the project is considered complete will be treated as a new task and billed separately.
  • The designer is not responsible for content errors, wrong information, or legal issues related to content provided by the client.
  • All text, images, and materials supplied by the client must not violate any copyright; the client holds full responsibility.
  • Designer reserves the right to use the project in the portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed in advance.
  • No refund is given for work already completed or delivered; refunds only apply to unused advance under cancellations before work begins.
  • If the client stops responding for more than 1 or 2 days, the project is treated as complete and the balance payment becomes due.
  • Images and design references used from stock sources are the responsibility of the client to license unless purchased by the designer.
  • Emergency or priority requests (less than 48 hours notice) will be charged at 1.5x the normal rate.
  • The designer is not liable for any loss, damage, or downtime caused by third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, or plugin failures.
  • By making the advance payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms and conditions.

⚠ Website Design and Development Termination Policy

  • The service provider reserves the right to terminate a project if terms are violated.
  • Abusive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate termination.
  • No refunds will be issued after project initiation.
  • Only domain transfer (if applicable) will be allowed after termination.
  • Hosting, source code, or project files will not be transferred unless agreed in writing.
  • Misuse of services or third-party sharing may result in immediate suspension.
  • Any outstanding balance for work already completed must be paid in full before any handover takes place.
  • Unpaid amounts after termination will be treated as a legal recovery case, and all recovery expenses will be borne by the client.
  • Threatening, defamatory, or false negative statements against the designer on any platform may lead to legal action and permanent termination of support.
  • Sharing designer credentials, hosting passwords, or confidential work with third parties without written consent is a breach and will lead to immediate termination.
  • Requesting, forcing, or demanding work outside the signed scope without additional payment is considered a violation of the agreement.
  • If the client fails to respond or provide required inputs for more than 1 days, the project will be treated as cancelled with no refund.
  • After termination, the designer is not responsible for any website downtime, data loss, or damage caused after the handover.
  • The designer holds the right to remove all demo content, test data, and temporary files before final handover.
  • Any remaining deliverables are released only after full and final payment is received.
  • The designer is not liable to provide free support, updates, or maintenance after termination.
  • Re-engagement after termination will be treated as a fresh project with fresh payment terms.

💻 Frontend & Backend Development

Frontend

  • Responsive, modern, and user-friendly UI design
  • Optimized for speed, mobile compatibility, and conversions
  • Cross-browser compatibility (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)
  • Design mockups are shown first; changes after approval are chargeable
  • Client must provide brand colors, logos, and content before frontend work begins

WordPress CMS

  • WordPress CMS for easy content management
  • Easy-to-use admin panel for adding pages, posts, and images
  • Admin access provided based on package
  • Source code is not included unless agreed separately
  • Plugins and themes are used only with client approval; their license costs are not included
  • Work is limited to the scope approved in writing; new features or modules are billed separately
  • Core updates and plugin updates are handled under AMC only, not free of cost
  • Custom code or third-party plugin conflicts caused by client changes are not covered under warranty

Custom PHP CMS

  • Custom PHP CMS for scalable business solutions
  • Fully customized features as per the approved scope only
  • Admin access provided based on package
  • Source code is not included permanently or hosting access
  • Any module or feature not in the approved scope will be treated as extra work and billed separately
  • Custom CMS is built for your requirement; it is not an open-source copy of other software
  • Database structure and backend logic are designed as per the approved requirements only
  • Free support is limited to fixing issues in the original code within the warranty period
  • Changes or enhancements after go-live are billed separately under AMC or as per requirement

General Development Terms

  • Deliverables are released only after full payment is received
  • Staging or test versions are provided for review before going live
  • Go-live is done only after client confirms final approval in writing
  • The designer is not responsible for errors caused by changes made by third parties after delivery
  • Support after delivery is limited to fixing issues caused by the original code only, and only within the warranty period
  • Any work done outside the agreed scope will be treated as extra work and billed at a pre-agreed rate
  • Client must provide all required data, images, text, and documents before development begins
  • The designer is not liable for any loss caused by client-provided content or information
  • Payment milestones must be cleared before each stage (frontend / backend / go-live) proceeds
  • For custom CMS projects, a maintenance (AMC) plan is recommended and billed separately
  • Comparing our work with another website or another designer after approval and calling the work "not good" or "too costly" is not acceptable and will not be a reason to delay payment or ask for a refund.
  • Any marketing person, digital marketing person, or unknown third party calling us to discuss, judge, or criticize the website design is not part of this agreement and will not be entertained.
  • No third party (marketing person, partner, or unknown caller) has the authority to comment on, change, or interfere with this project; all communication must happen directly between the client and the designer only.
  • Adding, installing, or injecting any third-party code, plugin, script, or tracking code into the website without written approval from the designer is strictly not acceptable.
  • Forcefully asking or pressuring the designer to share hosting credentials, cPanel details, server passwords, or source code is not acceptable and will be treated as a violation of this agreement.
  • Any attempt to force, threaten, or pressurize the designer into doing work outside the agreed scope or into giving discounts/refunds after delivery will result in immediate suspension of the contract and all support.
  • If any of the above terms are violated, the website contract and all design support will be suspended immediately without any further notice.
  • After suspension, work will resume only after the violation is resolved in writing and all dues are cleared.

🌐 Domain Services

  • Domain registration, renewal, and DNS management support
  • Supports .com, .in, .co.in, .org, .net extensions
  • Full ownership remains with the client
  • Transfer code (EPP) will be provided upon request
  • Domain renewal reminders are sent 10, and 7 days before expiry
  • Renewal charges are to be paid by the client before the expiry date
  • We are not responsible for domain loss or downtime if renewal is not completed on time
  • DNS records, email records (MX), and subdomains are managed on written request only
  • Any domain-related changes are done only after verification with the authorized contact
  • Domain is registered with the client's own contact details for full ownership
  • We assist in domain transfer-in and transfer-out to/from other registrars
  • Transfer-out is allowed only after all dues are cleared and a written request is received
  • Domain locked status is kept by default to prevent unauthorized transfers
  • We are not liable for delays caused by the registrar, domain authority, or government regulations
  • Premium domains or special extensions will be quoted and billed separately
  • Domain privacy protection is included if available from the registrar
  • Support does not include resolving disputes over the ownership of a domain between parties
  • Any abuse, illegal use, or phishing activity through the domain will result in immediate suspension of support

☁ Hosting Services

  • Shared, VPS, or cloud hosting options available
  • cPanel access only provided
  • Clients are responsible for backups
  • No guaranteed uptime due to external server dependencies
  • Hosting is non-transferable unless specified
  • We only provide cPanel access, and clients are responsible for taking their own backups.
  • There is no guarantee or warranty for data loss, server issues, or any kind of natural calamity
  • We do not guarantee 100% (365 days) uptime. In case the hosting service is suddenly discontinued or shut down due to any unforeseen circumstances, clients are advised to take necessary precautions and maintain their own backups.
  • Hosting plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance; renewal reminders are shared before expiry
  • Hosting charges are to be paid before the renewal date; delay may result in suspension of the website
  • We are not responsible for website downtime caused by late renewal, non-payment, or expiry of the plan
  • cPanel access is given only for the purchased plan; reseller or root access is not provided
  • Clients must not change server-level settings, PHP versions, or security settings without our guidance
  • Installing, removing, or modifying server software outside the plan may void hosting support
  • We are not liable for files, databases, or emails lost due to client mistakes in cPanel
  • Hacking, malware, or virus removal is billed separately and is not part of the hosting plan
  • Hosting of illegal, abusive, or pirated content will lead to immediate suspension without notice
  • Resource-heavy scripts, backups, or bots that overload the server may be suspended to protect other clients
  • Transfer of hosting to another provider is allowed only after all dues are cleared
  • Hosting is provided by a third-party server provider; we act as the service manager, not the server owner
  • Any downtime, data loss, or damage caused by the third-party server provider is outside our control and liability
  • Support is provided during working hours (Monday to Saturday); urgent issues are handled on a best-effort basis
  • Free support does not include server optimization, security hardening, or migration of old websites — these are billed separately
  • We recommend a maintenance (AMC) plan for backup, updates, and security checks of your hosting

⚖ Liability & Legal Protection

  • The service provider is not liable for data loss, server issues, or third-party failures.
  • We are not responsible for business losses, downtime, or indirect damages.
  • All services are provided on a best-effort freelance basis.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, outages, strikes, etc.) are not liable conditions.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any content, text, images, or information provided by the client that violates any law or third-party rights.
  • We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of client-provided material or client-approved content.
  • Client is solely responsible for the way their website is used and for compliance with applicable laws (data privacy, e-commerce, etc.).
  • We are not liable for errors caused by changes made to the website by the client or any third party after delivery.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by hacking, malware, phishing, or unauthorized access to client accounts.
  • Claims must be raised in writing within 30 days of the service or delivery; claims after this period will not be entertained.
  • We do not guarantee any specific business results, sales, leads, or traffic from the website.
  • Any verbal promises made outside the written agreement are not binding.
  • Only the authorized contact person from the client side can raise complaints or requests; third-party statements are not considered.
  • Abusive, threatening, or false statements against the service provider may lead to termination of services and legal action.

⚖ Special Note For Client

  • Website Development, Domain, Hosting, Email, and Photography services are provided on a project and service basis.
  • If payments are not made on time, or are delayed beyond the agreed schedule, the service provider reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice.
  • If a client repeatedly disagrees with delivered services without valid technical or project-related reasons, or attempts to unjustifiably reduce or negotiate the agreed amount after service delivery, it will be considered as non-cooperative behavior and a breach of mutual working understanding.
  • In such cases, there is no assurance of service continuation, and the service provider reserves the right to discontinue services prior to renewal or completion of the contract.
  • All rights of termination are reserved by the service provider, and services may be terminated at any stage if necessary, without obligation to continue support, access, or further work.
  • No external pressure, force, or third-party influence shall be applicable on the service provider.
  • All work is governed strictly under the agreed terms and conditions between both parties.
  • For photography services, if the client does not review or confirm delivered images on the same day of shoot, or fails to provide prior communication regarding demo shoots or expectations before the shoot, any later claim of dissatisfaction will not be considered valid.
  • Requests to adjust payment after shoot completion by stating dissatisfaction under pressure or without prior discussion will not be accepted, as all services are executed based on prior mutual agreement and approved shoot requirements.
  • All requirements, scope, timeline, and payment terms must be confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp message) before any work begins; verbal agreements alone are not binding.
  • Any discount, offer, or free service not mentioned in the written agreement is not valid.
  • Changes requested after work approval will be treated as new work and may be charged separately.
  • If the client stops responding or does not provide required inputs for more than 30 days, the project is considered complete and the balance payment becomes due.
  • Third parties, partners, or marketing persons have no authority to comment on, judge, or interfere with any delivered service or agreement.
  • Sharing our work, files, hosting details, or client credentials with any third party without written consent is a breach of this agreement.
  • Abusive language, threatening calls, or disrespectful behavior toward the service provider will result in immediate disconnection of communication and termination of services.
  • After termination, there is no obligation to provide support, refunds, access, or continuation of any service.
  • Re-engagement after termination will only be possible as a fresh project with fresh terms and fresh payment.
  • The service provider holds the right to use completed work in the portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed before the project.
