- We shoot still photography and traditional photography only. No videography or cinematography is included.
- All final images are delivered in high resolution via digital download / USB drive.
- A minimum of 2 hours of coverage is required for the package to apply.
- Post-processing and editing are included for all delivered images.
- Raw files are not shared.
- A 100% advance payment is required to confirm the booking; the balance is payable on the day of the shoot.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the event date is non-refundable.
- Full rights are retained by the photographer to use the images for portfolio and promotional purposes.

- Live streaming or online broadcast of the event

- Outdoor shoots at sunrise, sunset, or night locations
- Same-day or next-day delivery of photographs
- Printing, albums, or framed photo prints (available as add-ons)
- Raw/unedited files, negatives, or source media
- Travel and accommodation charges outside the city limit
- Any shoot rescheduled or cancelled at the client's request within 48 hours of the event date
🚆 Outstation Travel Terms
The following terms apply whenever the shoot location is outside our home city. Please read them carefully before confirming the booking.
- Travel will be undertaken only via confirmed Second AC (2AC) train bookings.
- All travel expenses (to and fro) must be borne by the client. This includes train fare, meals during transit, and any last-minute re-booking charges due to cancellation by the client.
- Travel booking amount must be paid in advance before confirmation. Bookings are confirmed only after full travel fare is received.
- Local transport (station to hotel, and hotel to venue each day) must be arranged by the client. If transport is not provided, pick-up/drop charges of extra per trip will be billed separately.
- First day after arrival will be considered a rest day. No shooting or editing work is performed on the rest day, and the client is requested not to schedule any events on this day.
- Shooting duration is limited to 4–5 hours per day. Additional hours will be charged at ₹2,500 per hour and must be approved in writing before the shoot.
- All final files will be transferred to client devices during or after shoot. Files are handed over via hard disk, pen drive, or Google Drive link provided by the client.
- Client is fully responsible for data backup after delivery. we can not keep data responsible; shoot date after that period we are not responsible for loss of files.
- Full payment must be completed on the same day of shoot. Postponing the balance beyond the shoot day will attract a late fee of ₹500 per day.
- No overtime unless mutually agreed in writing. WhatsApp/email confirmation is treated as written agreement.
- Accommodation and meals for the photographer must be arranged or reimbursed by the client for outstation shoots.
- Any change in schedule, dates, or venue after booking will be treated as a fresh booking, and travel charges already paid will not be refunded.
- In case of train cancellation or delays beyond our control, we will inform the client immediately and reschedule the shoot at no extra shoot fee (travel re-booking charges, if any, will be borne by the client).
- For safety reasons, the photographer reserves the right to skip any location that is hazardous or legally restricted.
- Contact for shoot coordination must be a single authorized person from the client side to avoid miscommunication.
👤 Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth shoot and quality output, the client agrees to fulfil the responsibilities listed below.
- Accommodation, meals, and basic refreshments must be provided by the client during shoot days.
- Safe drinking water and a place to rest between shoots must be made available on location.
- A responsible contact person must remain available with the photographer throughout the shoot for coordination.
- The client must ensure the venue permits photography and carry any required permission letters (hotel, temple, hall, government premises, etc.) before the shoot day.
- Entry passes, vendor badges, or identity cards required at the venue must be arranged in advance by the client.
- The shoot schedule and time slots must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; sudden changes may delay delivery.
- The client is responsible for the safety of all guests, helpers, and personal belongings during the shoot.
- Transport between locations must be arranged by the client, or hire charges will be billed separately.
- Any props, decorations, or equipment needed for the photos must be arranged and paid for by the client.
- Full payment must be cleared on or before the shoot day as per the agreed payment schedule.
- The client must provide final confirmation of the photo list / album requirements before editing begins.
- After delivery, the client must back up the files; we are not responsible for data loss after date shaoot days of delivery.
- Misbehaviour, abuse, or unprofessional conduct toward the photographer or crew is strictly not tolerated and may lead to immediate termination of the shoot without refund.
🛡️ Post-Shoot & Conduct Policy
- Once the shoot is complete and the photos are delivered, comparing our work with another photographer, a marketing person, or any partner and calling the photoshoot "not good" is not acceptable.
- Such comparisons or negative remarks will not be a reason to delay payment, demand a refund, or reduce the agreed amount.
- If the client, or anyone on the client's behalf, uses abusive or wrong words over a phone call, the photographer has the full right to disconnect the call immediately.
- After a call is disconnected under such circumstances, there will be no further discussion about the shoot.
- All rights to the shoot, including the photos, negatives, and final files, are reserved by the photographer and will be released only after full payment is received.
